Hello Guys,
I have finally made deal on buying Kenworth T600 2007 with C13 twin turbo motor dropped new in September 2010. It is having 621k miles on it now. Truck seems fine. Running well. I just need some maintenance tips from you all running or had run C13 /C15 as i am running this motor first time in life:
1. What interval should i change engine oil/filters
2. which engine oil should i use?
3. Should i club it with Lucas?
4. Tune up ?
5. Any other prevantive maintenance tip?
6. Anything to look specifically, i mean the things having higher chances of failure?
7. Best RPM for best fuel mileage?
Any tips, suggestions or laughs will be much appreciated.
thank you my fellow truckers.

there were a few t600s with c13s sold around cambridge area cheap and people tried selling them for double and some did get sold. and all those trucks had drop in motors at some point. all white, studio bunks with navigation.

I have a 06 C13 KCB. Just had a platinum overhaul done a couple of weeks ago. Had 856k? When I did the inframe. I use cat filters and change my oil at 12k mi using delvac. I drive 60 mph and I get 6.8 to 7.2 . Pulling weight varies and terrain.
