Hello -- I am doing research on Fox, wanted to know if you wanted to add anything to this....

they read the rules from the Chicago White Volvo Fleet
of Eastern European 1099 employers

disagree. someone does. or rather: strategically, thinking that no one does is less effective than looking at the realistic likelihood that a few people do, and more if you let them know what's up. the trick is not getting your hopes up too far, while still making real progress....

 

there must be 10000 trucks in Chicago operating on 1099
some of these drivers are getting licensed out of Florida
by schools that are licensed to do the testing as well as training
If I know this everyone that does trucking in Chicago knows this
I would rather think our government doesn't care then think they are too stupid to do something about it

no it isn't. no doubt there is money to be made off of acting like noithing is going on.

but consider this:

laws exist so the rich don't win <i>all</i> the time.

(i forgoot who said that.) but its true. it doesn't have to be the government doing the right thing, at least not at first. when enough of the people are on board, the media and the government will follow, at least in name.

and i am not talking about fixing the problem, anyway, not for everybody : i am talking about a few good men who got taken advantage of getting back what they deserve in lost wages, etc., for being misclassified on purpose by corrupt people running things.

it could happen -- its a fight that people like you and me are fighting, and it could turn out well -- especially if we have good info, and proof....
