Right and any collision regardless of fault (used to be) carried CSA points. The SUV that hit me was non prevent but I had CSA points for 5 years for it, well, 3 years with the points but they reported 2 more years after that on my PSP.

It was rude of JCT, for the little bit of time he saved for himself bullying his way in front of me, look at how much speed I shed off and that affected traffic behind me perhaps up to 5 miles back.

If JCT tucks in behind me going 59 we all get through the zone like a freight train instead of an accordian bunching up and expanding.

And that is what you will tell the judge hearing the case when the family of the dead construction worker calls both of you in to court.

And no, not the same thing...

Someone bumping you while driving beside you is different than two professional drivers running side by side, well aware of each other, into a construction zone when both knew the lane ahead was merging.

To which you "upped the ante" by making the situation worse... and possibly more dangerous, just to post a "close call" that you avoided... Ya, we are so proud... LOL

The only reason highly trained pilots crash is complaceny, arrogance, failure to anticipate and catastrophic equipment failure says the highly trained pilot.

I see plenty of the first 3 and none of the 4th here.

    you miss the point entirely
next time let him hit you
and you can tell the judge or the coroner how you were in the right
HAVING A RIGHT and doing the next right thing are different
not only am I not the ludicrous one but every word you type makes you look foolish
please stop embarrassing the human race

What I'm seeing is Scottie focuses on the speed limit and nothing else.Who cares if he can't get over I'm doing the speed limit that's all that matters and I'm not going to slow down for him or nobody.

actually Scottie didn't do anything but follow the speed limit sign.Reason there wasn't an accident is because Jct sped up.Had Jct not sped up there would have been a major accident because scottie didn't slow down till the very end when JCT was passing him.a professional driver would have anticipated long before the lane ended what JCT was going to do not at the last second.

Those were the Qualcom directions..... Over the hill and through the woods and deliver at Grandma's house. Grandpa will be waiting with the forks on the tractor.
