    You're at Roehl on that program?
    Are you on their mileage? Well you must be paid on mileage to be paid deadhead miles.
    The website says they offer % but you have to call to find out the details.

    Bare in mind those rates I posted are basically paying connect the dots with 50-150 mile type loads.
    If I wanted long easy loads in easy driving areas I'd probably at $1.20-$1.30 myself. I don't do that though cause $1.30 is crap to me lol.

    It feels like I'm more so in competition with ICs that have their wive's at home refreshing the load board every 2 seconds.

    For those who keep whining about how others get the loads quicker by having a spouse booking loads..well suck it up butter cup...this is business and no ever said business was fair..it's actually cut throat and you got to know how to deal with it in being creative in your business ops..

    Oh yeah.. it's a big ol game.
    Funny thing is that in a Schneider recruitment video they actually show a trucker saying his wife books loads for him lol.
