Should I go to another company or Landstar?

It's all about your dispatcher and the company you work for. Most bigger companies have the freight, they're just probably running it cheaper then they want to.

I'm a rookie and getting good miles. I don't dick around and try to run as hard as I can.

 

Thank you for the information; Lord willing, I'm planning on CDL school this year to go OTR and thought that rookie positions were a sure thing. I've been thinking Schneider or Magnum.

 

From what I've read on the forums over the last year or so, if anyone asked me, I would suggest looking into Maverick for when you get out of school. I never worked for them, and I don't know anyone who does, but people seem to speak pretty highly of them.
