Very few of us left. Exemption would be the drugs. It's not like the old days and I favor the zero tolerance.
When the new generation hear the word Outlaw, they think of the scum of the old days of trucking, without knowing the whole truth behind it. Trucking in the old days use to be fun, exciting, and challening, but they where few that could handle it, and there the one that gave it a bad name. I myself still do trucking the Outlaw style, to keep that spark going. I know my limitations and would never put anyone's life at risk. I'm also speaking for myself. I have my own style of trucking, but I'm not gonna elaborate to much on it, I don't want to incriminate myself. I'm an owner/operator, so many rules that apply to you company people, don't apply to me. You gotta love it.

the sun goes down- thermos full of coffee - open another pack of smokes - wind up the motor till speedo is pegged- back off throttle grab last gear - hear that rattle of the timing set just a little ahead of spec - two long plumes of coal black smoke - turbo starts to whistle - about 15 psi of boost the bellow of the straight stacks drowns out the turbo - 800 miles to make by first light no problem - what is this outlaw stuff you speak of I have no idea coughcough
