Paycheck direct deposited to your account, every Friday morning available to you – Once you are set up with Paychex. Until the set up process not finished (usually it takes 2 weeks) – 1. if I have your bank in my city I depositing on your account on Friday morning, 2. EFS check given on Friday morning, 3. Mailed to your address, arriving by Friday.

Length varies. We have no dedicated routes, although we working with specific brokers often, so loads are might repeat often. Some are very flexible and we delivering to 24/7 receiver. So it is up to you to straight deliver and pick a next load, or take your sweet time on it and loose a day or so. Winter time we mostly run – CA, AZ, UT, ID, OR, WA, here and there some MO and CO. Summertime we run West to East and not straight back – usually MA to VA,GA to TX, CO,MO to UT,ID,AZ then CA. We rarely go to FL and never really deeper than the Jacksonville area. Weekly miles are 2800 - 3500. Again it is depend on you. I have driver who done 3800 a week, and I had driver who barely reached the 2000 / week. As long as you are safe, legal and able a more you haul a happier both side.

Detention and layover are paid, if earned and every time if I receive compensation for your spend time you will receive a 100%. Have to bear in mind we haul fresh produce, 90% of them first come first serve. I always call and check which location have products ready, to go there first, but it is again up to you – because it is first come first serve, if you arrive early to them you will get the product, if you having time of the day, product goes on other truck and you will have to wait until incoming the new batch and it is pulped and ready for you. These are 90% of the times are multi picks in surrounding area (1-15 miles radius), you should be checked in at all places in the same period of time, so you will be registered in the row and keep getting loaded. If you go one by one, it will take you 2 days – Which I’m not willing to pay for it. Also because the brokers are clear with this situation they do not pay for me either. And also it is universal law, that at shipper or receiver many times being nice, helpful or $10-$20 makes a miracle of the day. If launch money could occurs, you should always notify me first – because it is my launch ;))

If you miss your appointment, and you end up worked in – you could wait 5-6 hours, which again I’m not willing to compensate because you should be there for your appointment time. (Optimum situation and I never ask for impossible, I could ask for tight situation but communication is everything and if you are unable for it I will try to adjust) Charges for you for missed appointment only occur if broker charge me, so far it is only happened once with me in the last 8 years.

Our company has no plans for being bigger than 5 maximum 6 trucks. (But I do not want to hold my hand in the fire for it, never know it will end up with 8. As of it in this moment 3 running and one is waiting for registration and trailer to attach to it.
