Oh, that's cool. Also, does anyone know if the MO DMV uses the touch screens for their exams like NY does? Is that a standard now with DMV?

Not sure if they are touch screen but they do use some computers and they still do paper tests as well , really depends on how many people need to test they start 100+ new students every week that number drops quickly for failed physicals or drug tests , or people who lied on their aplication

They do use the touch screens at the DMV in downtown Springfield.. They also use paper tests and computer based if you test at the Campus Inn like PurplePrime mentioned.

Ok, so the cdl school requires i get my permit in oklahoma. The school,is in MO. So are you saying that when i get to MO my permit will be useless and will have to spend the money to get another? And then once I get my cdl in MO it will be useless when I go back to OK and have to retake the tests all over again with new fees as well?

You won't have to retake the tests once you have your cdl simply go to the ohklahoma dmv and transfer it , of course there will be a fee for it

Yha but if MO wont accept my permit then it will cost me twice as much to get a permit as the school still requires I get my permit in OK.
A transfer fee once I get my cdl I expected when OK printed my cdl.
But having to get a permit in OK to just have to get anotther one in MO will just cost me $42 for a $21 permit.

Yeah like diesel said they have touch screens at the DMV, with the skip button (I found out some states don't have those) and they have computer and paper tests you can take at the actual campus. I think the highway patrol gives them once a week at the campus.

You have your TSA LETTER. You don't need to get finger printed again. You take your letter to the next state and take your 10 question test again. Very simple and not a process.

Did they specify that you have to get it in Oklahoma? If so, that's a waste of time and money. Bc once you get to MO your permit will not transfer. So that's 55 dollars for a new permit. And after you get your license, depending on what state you are from, your license might not transfer. I forgot which states that applies to but yeah basically you would be coming out of pocket for all that. But on the upside, if U do live in one of those states where your actual license does not transfer. I think Prime will let U use one of their trucks and by then youll have the money to pay for the test.
I would talk to a recruiter to be sure.
