    Give me the serial number off the back of your Tablet.

    The TNDT70 had this issue and the update fixed it last week.

    On the Truck GPS App, start it, main screen, preferences, general, contact & about - right side - what version is showing?

    Not the correct version. If you are able to connect to the internet and can hook your tablet to the computer I can manually push the .apk update so you will be able to install.

    I use Teamviewer to remote.

    I just purchased a 730, I previously used a 720 , is it possible to:

    1. Update the dock so it now recognizes the 730 instead of the 720?

    2. Move my address book to the new unit?

    I will have to wait for wifi to come back up here at the truck stop. Have limited data on phone. Wonder why it doesnt see it automatically like it should. Odd.

    I will post back when I have access to do what you suggest.

    Also, it will not connect to my MacBook at all. Everything else does, so may not be able to do that either. Is there an alternate way?

    Yes the Dock will know you have a 730 once you connect to it.

    You can use the Backup on the 720 and the restore on the 730 which should move your address book.

    You can go into settings, applications and uninstall the Truck GPS app and then try to hit the check for updates again. It is about 25mb download.
