Just a random comment...
It's amazing how rigged the industry is against the truck driver.

Schenider logistics sells loads to themselves so basically we're not really get the % of the actual rate.
No matter what company you go to that advertises percentage, it doesn't matter what they offer when the loads are rigged.
Take brokers at Landstar, they take off however much they want to keep for themselves and then after that you get 65%.
I was a sammons trucking flatbed thread and the dude posted saying he was getting $1.06 to the truck, on percentage doing flatbed. $1.06 wtf man smh!
% is somewhat of a scam but you still can earn more than these mileage rate carriers.
Even our fuel discount, Schneider keeps part of the discount. Our discount per period just depends on how much Schneider wants to screw the ICs that period of time lol.

Even being a company driver... blah blah per mile but you dont get paid actual miles.
I didn't get paid going out of route and waiting for trailer washouts either.

Trucking is all such a game and the trick is on us
