One Dead-One Injured in shooting at TA Jessup, MD

Better than the other Baltimore T/A though.

 

Got a message over the Qualcomm today asking for donation for a prime drivers family said a tragic incident in Maryland cost him his life this past weekend.. anyone know if he was the driver that was shot?

 

Chad Daniels was his name.

 

There's a great organic market called Mom's down the strip there. Been walking to it for years from Jessup TA. Must have been A. Drug related B. Money related C. Ego related or D. Just completely random. But I don't see that quite being the case. Sad story though

 

Random and the Jessup T/A typically don't go in the same sentence.

 

Article said it was a case of mistaken identity stemming from a domestic situation. I'm guessing the guy realized he shot the wrong person and a possible witness and decided to kill himself the next morning.

 

Guess the perp figured out might as well since he was going to be looking at the death penalty anyway. Either way nobody won in this case.

 

Maryland doesn't have the death penalty.

 

^Doesn't matter- the guy killed a truck driver, case would've gone to the Feds

 

I actually hauled fuel to both, real coin toss there. Its hard to imagine once you get east of Hagerstown there aren't any nice truck stops till you get up past Perryville, in Northeast MD.
