Changing again, the rules change but we're not told til after.

No worries, they'll just hire another batch next week... and the week after that... and the week after that... and...

 

And that's part of the problem,letting guys in with very little experience hurts the program.
You have these guys who know jack about the industry who have been driving for a year or two come here and make statements about how much they know.
All the while recruiting other idiots to come in.
Then there's the guys that failed somewhere else coming here and claiming to be a expert on the both the company they couldn't make it with and Schneider.

It's laughable the things that are posted here in the Schneider forum about Choice.
So remember FNG's take all that is said here with a grain of salt.
