The healthiest thing and easiest thing one can do to stay healthy is to JUICE fresh green veggies with little fruits for flavor. Get a blender and juicer, carry that in a truck and throw the microwave away. Put all the veggies in the fridge. And when you ready for a meal, juice it up.

Best thing to do is to buy all your food from grocery stores. Buy fruits, vegetables, and lean meat like chicken or turkey. Stay away from bread and buy low carb tortillas. Stay away from all the fast food joints.
I stopped drinking soda, coffee, energy drinks, all dairy, and now only drink water. Also instead of eating a few large meals have 5-6 small meals throughout the day.

I think microwaves are fine should we worry about radiation from cell towers and wifi signals? But if you're concerned get a small oven or a George foreman.

But no matter what is said,

Breakfast- Steak n eggs (Almost everyday)
Lunch- A big Hamburger with fries

Per day (24 hours) I usually have some apples, 1 Kashi bars, or raw nuts, 1 avocado,1 banana, one or two small cups of coffee - from Pilot, TA, 1-2 liter of water, few pieces of dark chocolate, very rare- 1-2 times per week- I have Italian BMT from Subway, and maybe 1 time per week I have 1 or 2 of these sausages from the truck stops. No bread, no canned food.
This year I started driving one month ago, and so far lost 4 kilos (10 pounds). -
