The healthiest thing and easiest thing one can do to stay healthy is to JUICE fresh green veggies with little fruits for flavor. Get a blender and juicer, carry that in a truck and throw the microwave away. Put all the veggies in the fridge. And when you ready for a meal, juice it up.

First off if you think you can eat healthy at Carl's Jr. you are crazy and Subway is not very healthy either.
Best thing to do is to buy all your food from grocery stores. Buy fruits, vegetables, and lean meat like chicken or turkey. Stay away from bread and buy low carb tortillas. Stay away from all the fast food joints.
I stopped drinking soda, coffee, energy drinks, all dairy, and now only drink water. Also instead of eating a few large meals have 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
Ever since I started eating right I have lost 45lbs and went from a size 38 to a 32 and my blood pressure has gone way down.

I use a Coleman propane stove to cook my food, much better than a microwave.

slavcha and Diesel Dave Thank this.

I want to get a juicer to get healthy. What juicer would you recommend to juice a ham or a prime rib?

I think microwaves are fine should we worry about radiation from cell towers and wifi signals? But if you're concerned get a small oven or a George foreman.

I have microwave i use once in blue moon, for many years 95% of my cooking i'm using propane one burner stove i got from camping section in Walmart. It just is fast as microwave. And i use it more then once a day. Now i'm planing on installing a kitchen sink. Will post pictures when i'm done.

WiFi and cell towers are only the beginning, you have the red fibers we breath, those fancy clouds that look like the vapor exhaust from a plane.....I can think of the legal name for those yet. I think I been exposed to long with all of this junk.

    Great food advice guys.........

But no matter what is said,

Your still going to have those middle-aged Men(40-55 y/olds) drivers with beards and bellies Pulling a Van Trailer only Requiring 3 big, square meals a day.. ...

Breakfast- Steak n eggs (Almost everyday)

Lunch- A big Hamburger with fries

Dinner- Fried Chicken or Goulash or Beef tips over noodles

Now, If your flatbeddin....A good Steak n egg breakfast is almost mandatory..lol

Per day (24 hours) I usually have some apples, 1 Kashi bars, or raw nuts, 1 avocado,1 banana, one or two small cups of coffee - from Pilot, TA, 1-2 liter of water, few pieces of dark chocolate, very rare- 1-2 times per week- I have Italian BMT from Subway, and maybe 1 time per week I have 1 or 2 of these sausages from the truck stops. No bread, no canned food.
This year I started driving one month ago, and so far lost 4 kilos (10 pounds).

Its literally impossible to stay healthy OTR. No matter what you eat it wont overcompensate for the 20+ hours you are sitting on your ###.

All for .41 per mile. So sad..
