Fed ex ? Years ago I delivered some stuff at the Fed ex ground facility in Memphis and watched as a fex ex driver fueled the driver side tank and when he was done he opened both doors and threw the hose across the seats to fuel the pass side tank .

I think FedEx Ground provides a valuable service as police and accident detectors. I like having them in front of me (not behind me). Get them far enough ahead and they flush out the kinks and entertain the coops. Just make sure to keep some room in front of you. The White Volvo contingent also does this to a certain extent. Flip-Flops on the dash? Let 'em pass.

I'm a local driver in the Chicagoland area. I don't drive crazy. If you are referring to the container haulers, then I completely agree.

Fed Ex Freight and Custom Critical have better drivers than Fed Ex Ground. It's the Ground drivers that i'm wary of.

Metallifreak10, i dont know how you do it! I would go nuts running that area every day. Fortunately, i pass thru just 3-4 times a month. That's plenty. Ok, i changed it to "most"

The funny thing is I've yet to see ANY FedEx truck pulled over for speeding, blowing past a scale house or getting pulled into a scale house for an inspection. The only time I've seen FedEx trucks and police together is when the truck wrecks, that's it.

Oh, I've seen them raked over a few times. Michigan goes after them (they'll go after any CMV over 60 MPH), and I've seen FEGs pulled over in Tennessee. As for blowing past the scale, they have Prepass, but that's not an unlimited free card. You do get lit in sometimes.

I wouldn't know- I end up going into every scale house that's open-and end up being legal every time. No red lights yet. Lmao
