Rental cars were sold out on Saturday.
I've just been sitting in my truck waiting.
Idea is to get a rental car tomorrow and fart around town until I get an idea from the shop how screwed I am and then I'll figure out what I'll do from there.

I'm pretty sure my head gasket blew up on my truck, i lost almost all of my coolant when my engine went "boom" and it looks like coolant mixed in with the oil per my dip stick. I dont know what else could cause that.
I wonder being that's probably case how screwed I am and how long that will take?

Supposedly when i just had my truck worked on a few thousand miles ago they were messing around with the engine and eventually "changed a sensor in the turbo".
Dunno if that's just a coincidence this happens just a little bit later.

I would definitely mention that to this dealership that you were told to right off the bat in the morning because whether or not that's the cause of it or not I think it's imperative they know about that

I'll tell ya. Many of these "techs" cause the problems. I hate having a tech I don't know under my hood. I had a fuel filter replaced and couple of days later, during a pretrip, I see fuel seeping out of the filter housing. Luckily, I had a filter wrench on the truck and tighten it up.
I took a Cascadia in to get the bunk heater fixed. After 2 hours I walk into the shop, and the tech is in the sleeper moving all my stuff to lift the bunk. I said "your in the wrong place and showed him where the heater was under the cab.
Who wants someone working on their truck that doesn't even know where to find the sub assembly?
I am sure, the people who replace your fuel pump caused the fuel leak which caused the clutch to slip. And all because of a temporary fault code.
Did you get your valve adjustment yet? I wonder if that could have caused your blowout.
You know the dealer is going to blame the truck or the driver or they will have to pay for their F up.
