When a scientist figures out obesity is a mental illness rather than a lack of mental fortitude then I'll be the first guy to pity the obese. Until then I'll be honest; I have zero respect for fat people. I could easily get bigger than my semi. But I hold my calories to less than 2k per day and I work out in the parking lot. That's all I got to say about that.

Good on ya man that's commendable. If you need to lose weight which you do. The only way to do it is to curtail your intake. At 400# you should stick to 15-1600 calories per day. It makes absolutely no difference what you eat. You could eat only 1500 calories of fatback per day and you'll lose weight. If you were a carpenter or iron worker id say 2200 calories a day but you drive a truck and it'll be more painful for you.

That's it man I was honest. Do I have a life?; no. Am I happy, yeah I'm happier than I was as a carpenter. I have an end game. My house will be paid off in about seven years. Until then I work non stop and save every penny.

So I not only have two bachelor degrees but a masters degree and I enjoy the trucker lifestyle! I only weigh 200lbs @ 6'2 and leasing is all about making smart choices and being personally satisfied with your gross income after deducting from your total net per month not week because of variables constantly changing with the season and available loads. People make choices and choices make people! Meaning if you lease you are running your own business and have to sale yourself for the face of your business not to slave over unhappiness and being caught it a rut with a bad attitude and complaining constantly about what you do not have instead of making things work for said business. The caveat being treat others how you would want them to treat you in a professional setting. I digress...

How much are you putting away for retirement? Some tax tricks out there to tuck away x amount of money in retirement accounts to shield your income from such heavy taxes.
