I used to back in the day when I was running out west. Had a '88 long-hooded Pete with a 4 and a quarter Kitty Cat with a modified Schwitzer turbo on it with a 15 speed double overdrive on tall 24.5 rubber. But then I grew up and slowed down.

archangelic peon Thanks this. -
I run it all the time......
As matter of fact I'm on it right now......
Well not right now , I'm on my 10 hr break but in 9 hrs I'll be on it again headed north -
Some companies are paying extra to put up with it. I work at one of those companies. It is my bread and butter.

I-95.
Heh. I did not know any better it was my first big road.
They can have it all for all I care. It's gotten really bad compared to the rest of the USA. -
Fredericksburg, VA up north, totally a nightmare. South smooth sailing all the way to Florida.
audeygdad, John Dewart, Terry270 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I bypass that whole Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Mess.
I can run albany ny to south Florida and back with no tolls. -
US 15 is the bypass for west of DC, cross the river to Frederick and all points north. Gettysburg and eventually Harrisburg via Camp Hill. I think US 17 is the west road before Fredericksburg to get 15 at a town named Opal.
The time and effort plus the stress of doing battle with DC (ive taken out three cars there, no deaths or injuries just bring em across the bumper and make a fast steady stop while holding them on it) So far. -
You guys in the stingers don't bottom out? Like in New York and jersey?
