I'd look elsewhere or use it as a second job. I guess it depends on your experience level and the city you live in. There may be better options for you. LTL dock work pays well, but most of my company's part-time dock workers either have other jobs or are in school. Do you have a CDL? If so, how long have you been driving? What city are you in?

I appreciate that. I live in Cleveland, Tn and I'd be working at the Chattanooga terminal. I do have a Class A CDL but hurt myself by mostly driving straight trucks. I live in a good area and I'm also looking into Averitt.
Mike2633 and Bob Dobalina Thank this. -
At least the docks in Cleveland, Tennessee won't be as cold as the docks in Cleveland, Ohio!
skinnytrucker, Mike2633 and jlawson1979 Thank this. -
