    Wondering average mileage for Gulf Coast area for Schneider Tanker. I am seeing posts where they are not getting enough miles to get by yet the pay scale is pretty good.

    Pay scale is ok. Accessory pay is not. Miles aren't great. I'm OTR out of reserve, la. Also no idling, 60mph trucks and driver facing cameras in the very near future. If you can hang in there, you will open yourself to better tanking companies.

    Where are you hearing about driver facing cameras? This was directly addressed on schneiders FB page a few months ago and they were very clear that they were not putting them in the trucks

    Intermodel tried the in cab cameras, but that didn't go over so well. I believe the cameras were behind the driver though, looking over the right shoulder. Chicago got rid of the trucks after a year or so.

    They said the cameras would be forward-facing, not facing the driver.
