I'm not scared, just smart! Like @mtoo said, when you get hit for some ridiculous BS you start taking a few days off.

That's ok, all the trucks go home, rates go up right??? Yall stay home a few more weeks, I'd hate for a state to do their own blitz a week later and get ya. You can come back to work July 1st when I'm taking my next vacation.

I hate when I get called 3 times on a load. 1 by my cord then 1 by truck ops. 1 by the agent. For a total of almost 500 mile deadhead I want more then $2.00 a mile. Lol

If you turn down a load and truck ops and the agent call, never feel intimidated. All loads must make sense or cents for you.

You'd have to be out here every day for a year to do that, and with the market the way it is now I don't think you would still be able to hit that.

I disagree. I netted over 60 last year and was literally at home, off duty for over 180 days.

Lol, if that was true I would probably stay working. The beautiful part of working for myself and OWNING my trucks is I only work if I get bored at home....or if she tells me she is tired of me being around. Whichever comes first.

Think I got an infection in my chest. Had a cough over a year now but I'm coughing up white mucous a lot now. It's worse when I start tarping lol.
