And a fancy one at that… even with a pre-cooled trailer this morning I was wishing for one of those as I swept out my trailer…I may have to join the dark side myself, though I think I might have lost a 1/2 pound sweeping this morning…jeez its hot down here.

Plans changed for my Fargo load, I'm now hauling McNuggets from Union City TN to Coon Rapids and then heading to Kentucky for a two stopper, hopefully I'll be able to make it to the house following that but time will tell.

For those of you who are looking at coming to Magnum one thing to keep in mind that this place is in many ways like being an O/O (without some of the benefits and many of the hassles) and you have to be able to figure things out and yes at times do a bit of extra work compared to companies with larger internal support staffs.

Mostly I deal with it, at times after hours it can be a pain waiting for someone to call me back, but the longest I've ever waited was 45 minutes…I look at it this way, I'm sitting in a premium truck watching a video while I'm waiting for a call back (if I haven't decided to move). For me this beats working in a hot factory assembling something or sitting by the side of the road in who knows what weather doing construction or finding myself in the middle of a firefight in some desert wondering if I have enough ammo to keep going. I just don't see our job as being all that hard, so I just sit in my air conditioned truck and make a few calls and move on.

I know others here get annoyed if they can't get a call answered right away, you should read and understand their point of view before you come here because its real and only you can decide if it will be a problem for you or not. I'm one of those who love working at Magnum, but hey I can respect the other point of view too...

No, but you might want to get some phone numbers from some guys on here. Your peoplenet class is a joke and the refer is simple once you play with it a bit. But having someone to call can eliminate a ton of questions and make your transition almost seamless.

    gdyupgal and Winnyf1 Thank this.

That's just like the one I have, and for what I use it for, it works perfectly!
