I beat the ticket by establishing reasonable doubt. That is not lying.

Driving my truck in California, I do a strict 55 max. I never would speed up to block someone from passing if I were going under the speed limit, only in that one instance where I was already going 70 in a car and a truck speed limited to 55 by law was trying to pass me, not gonna happen.

Now if I'm doing 60 and some 62 denutted mega fleet truck thinks he's gonna get froggy on the downhill and pass me up, again, nope because when we start pulling in the hills up ahead, his little gutless fleet truck is just gonna hold up my show so I step on the go pedal in that instance just to save myself a little grief later.

The FMCSA should mandate all truckers submit to an anger management course of about 160 hours like truck driving school. Make it a required endorsement on the CDL.

Your going back to Swift right? Is that why you have so much anger?

Anger management is what we need? You need a courtesy lesson. Would a 160 hour course 'cut the mustard'?
