I don't know anything about In & Out Burger besides they have a really really really really really really really nice private fleet. They don't look like there interested at all in subbing out to JB Hunt not with the equipment there running.

I understand there a pretty top notch west coast fast food chain all the California transplants are always talking about them and how great the "double double" is.
I wouldn't know, but as far as there private fleet goes they look like they probably pay pretty good and you probably have to have a lot of experience to get on with them, because there equipment is way way way top notch.
I think they are family owned and not franchised I think...and obviously there probably pretty small compared to Golden State Foods or Martin Brower or Meadowbrook Meat. However for you west coast guys they probably are pretty decent flashy trucks and lift gates, however there trailers have freezer doors on the side which means I bet the freezer is hand unload out the side.
Anyone have the skinny on In & Out Burger

Seems to be only 1 opening for a driver right now. That doesn't happen often and I think is a good sign

Fries aren't freeze dried. They make them in house and use real potatoes.
Their beef is never frozen that's why there aren't in n outs all over...has to be a reasonable distance from a in n out distribution centre.
They work 4 days and pallet drop. Family owned companyMike2633 Thanks this. -
