don't work for this group of spoiled children from bosnia. they are liars, cheats, and thieves. instead of answering a simple question, they respond by drastically cutting miles, and the short miles you do get, are the most grueling kind possible, with no time to get to these crappy stops. STAY FAR AWAY!

Yeah, couldn't quite make out the accent, sounded Russian. I see from another fella in the truckers report that they are from bosnia. The recruiter wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise and said with 13 + years I would start @ 33 CPM. I said, I would pass. I may have a regional job closer to home. I'll know this week.

Their vehicle maintenance violations on FMCSA are staggering. Doesn't look like they maintain their fleet. Cheaper to pay the fines and get a new driver after their equipment loads up you license with more CSA points then their insurer will insure.

Anyone have any idea approximately where the cutoff point for this is?

I've had more than a few run ins with their idiot drivers. Front the looks of the CSA scores I'm not surprised.

MackE6. I could not get a straight answer on this from the safety coordinators I have asked in the past. The insurance companies provide an insurance premium to the carrier at a given rate based on the carrier hiring drivers under predefined violation thresholds set by the insurer. Carriers can hire drivers that are over the insurer's threshold at additional cost to the carrier.

Time weighted points add up fast when your driving a wreck. A 24 point stop becomes a 72 point time weighted stop for the driver. 24 points x 3 time weight = 72

Are their any owner ops that can weigh in on this issue? How many time weighted points have owner ops had on their FMCSA PSP report and still been able to purchase insurance ? Which insurers wrote the policy?
