And they case they are stating is concerning employees that were under their first year with them so when they quit the restrictive term did apply yes. The restrictive term is any amount of time remaining of the term so if said employee had 6 months left they couldn't work anywhere for remainder. I have not worked there since Feb 14. So the time on the restrictive term should have lapsed in Oct 14
