If I An am owner operator with my own authority and I become an approved carrier for Mercer can I take advantage of the same fuel savings as their leased owner operators.....I was told no. Basically how it works is they give you an efs card just like they do with the permanent leased trucks. And after delivering a load and sending in the paperwork they will load funds on the card instead of mailing a check.
