rerate 370 to 525hp, cummins n14

anyone know if a factory can rerate a 370hp cummins n14 to the maximum 525hp, I know they will only do the maximum for the rated cpl, but if they do a cylinder head, injector, cam and ecm swap would they do an uprate to 525?

 

2390, 370hp, 1250 torque I believe, wanna do 525 uprate, I think the only way they would is interchanging all the parts since the max for this cpl category is 370, but maybe swap cylinder head, injectors, cam and ecm for 2025 cpl parts, might be able to reprogram ecm to 525 and 1850 torque, we have cummins insite but not pro, cant change ecm specs, just monitor them, I know the 370 and 525 both use the ht60 turbo, so wouldn't have to swap that, just wondering because wanting to put Pittsburgh power box on, why put it on a 370 to go up to 500 when you can do a rerate to 525 and upgrade to 700 and 2150 torque with the box

 

lol they say that lowering the hp gets better mileage but its better to have more, boost out of the engine, keep the same injectors because they can only produce a certain amount of fuel, just tune it to add more boost and to it, the trucks gonna max out on the fuel burned but why not maximize the horsepower for that amount of fuel being burned, for example a 500 tuned to 675 with a Pittsburgh power box, same amount of fuel being burned but you'll be gaining an extra 175hp and 300lbs of torque and in return wont have to be as hard on the accelerator, there for using less fuel but obtaining the same level of power, I used to have a power box on a c15 and it did wonders, brought it from 475hp to around 600 and gained almost 300lbs of torque, burned the same amount of fuel at full load but didn't have to be so hard on the gas with the extra boost, so pretty much would still be at 475 with just over 1/2 throttle
