Ok this guy is 59. While I understand sometimes telling an officer I have this in the sleeper..... Bad bad idea. The officer has a job to do period. As an O/O there is zero consent ever given besides stick your head in and look back at sleeper anything more will need my lawyer and a warrant...I understand they can maybe get a warrant and search before my lawyer arrives. I'm guessing after 12 years he doesn't drive for a mega so is DAC going to be an issue? If no inspection and no ticket then no MVR correct? You worked there a week it just didn't work out. I know you must report all jobs in a 10 year period.... I hope you keep us updated. Also there is no inspection for if your sleeper area meets federal regs IF the unit was certified which all these rigs are.

Sometimes if I'm on a long layover, I might by a six pack and have a few beers in my sleeper, if I don't drink all of them, I throw them out before I drive, not worth a chance.
