Day Shift handles A through Z
Support Shift is only ALLOWED to handle
B D and f sometimes G if you get the correct person on the phone.
Some are willing to dig a little deeper and get you squared away.
When it's obvious the person doesn't even want do the basics and is a complete slouch you can ask to speak to the supervisor there's one duty till about midnight she's a former ICA.
    Just don't abuse that request.
They will not contact cs unless it's about your current assignment or pre

That was one load taking me to a $2 a mile load and would have put my week at $10,080 gross for the week at Monday at noon leaving room for a little more.
So yes I wanted the .80 a mile load lol.
One load's rate doesn't tell the whole story.
Currently I'm booked through Saturday at about 2pm which will have me at $7068 for the pay week at 4840 miles so I'll have nearly another 2 1/2 days to go.
    Doing okay so far.
It would be nice if Schneider would put more loads up, they barely put anything on the team board.

It tells a lot especially with all the crap you give all the unfortunate people who got sucked into a .90 + fsc
Yet here you are pulling .80

Exactly. 80 cpm is not profitable with one driver. It's a big loss with 2 drivers.

It's unfortunate you dont understand freight lanes and averages being you are focusing on one load.

That .80 load was leaving the Northeast taking me 500 miles to a load going 520 paying paying $2.05 to Iowa and the load going into the Northeast paid $2.10
A lot better overall than any .90 + FSC

Depending on the length on that IA to Northeast load, sounds like you are still avg +- 1.70/mi.
