Do you know of any that will hire from the US? I could picture myself living near Toronto.

The company I work for is based out of Cambridge, Ontario. About an hour from Toronto. We were looking for another driver, but it likely wont happen now until the busy season next year, as the "spare" truck is headed to Edmonton for a job this week, and winters are generally pretty slow for two guys. If you're useful, it can be year round.

I had to drag in my fellow buckeye that's been outstanding at what he does. @Mike2633 is like the younger me. Heed his advice~! Read his posts. Whatever happened to @ezmoney? I may have spelled it wrong to tag him.....he got into tanking and was rocking. Look him up.
Nothing but the best of wishes to you, @Rachav . . . you may want to look into Panther, they do expediting here in Ohio, not sure about by you. Box trucks.
In all effervescence, your fears will fade and your eyes will open wider to the entity of driving.
One final thought; a driver that has ZERO fears, IS NOT someone I want to ride shotgun with.

ps: Check out @Bob Dobalina threads, as well.

Plenty of local jobs in every state that hire new cdl grads. Most are food service.
Line haul is better than local, but do what you're comfortable with.
Mountain Valley Express in Las Vegas hires new cdl grads. Move to Las Vegas.

    Rachav Thanks this.

I hear las vegas is pretty cheap compared to a lot of other west coast cities, and I do play a lot of poker in my spare time.;) I'll have to look them up. Thanks again.
