    Pringles have a ton of salt and they are nothing but empty carbs. They are like weight gain in a can. I bring a liter of water, liter of iced tead, small sandwich, chips, PB crackers.

    Some of the Amish cheese places south of you sell and distribute that stuff. I used to hit their store while I was getting loaded. Garlic and herb cheese is verrry addictive!

    Deer jerky is a awesome snack. I don't drive anymore but when I found out I was a diabetic I dropped my sodas and bread immediately and dropped 30 lbs and I was just a tad overweight.

    Yesterday I was using some left over ingredients at the house to make dinner and I was able to make pizza shop quality Calzone at home really ver pleased:
