I just quit there I survived 5 months and it was not a fun experience you have a owner who tells you anything he thinks you want to hear then no one else knows a thing about it was supposed to get a new truck upon getting hired in wound up with a 2009 cascadia it ran fine but that wasn't the point it took them 4 months to get new truck 2012. they was supposed to only send me out west I ran a couple loads out west then would get buried on east coast so I couldn't get the good loads the russian drivers who are buddies with the dispatch manager got those loads. Got told dot regulations didnt matter since it was a small company they were concerned with the large carriers laughable I know. then I got told the owner knew all about driving truck he did it for 6 years go figure that one final straw was when I got told my load that was booked for me got given to a russian driver and since I put my notice in I would not be paid for the miles I already ran that week or my $1000 deposit they deduct from paycheck to cover cleaning the truck gettting it in road condition which mine was spotless and better then when I got it. at that point I cleaned out the truck and set it up for them to come get it since I was losing $2000 they owed me

The 1000 deductable would've been tip off enough for me.

legally you have the right to seek legal action the very next day after your paycheck doesn't arrive. Cheapest step is to report them to the state employment board or the labor board and then the chamber of commerce. If that doesn't help, go to your state attorney general's office. From there you're own attorney, but then that eats into your paycheck

Well I was in a bind at the time now in there favor the pay was good my average pay was around $1300 a week. But I wasn't able to get home in between leaving one job so I had to move from one truck to the next I enjoyed it at first until they hired the new dispatch manager then that when it got bad but the rest of the office personel is awesome and very friendly and they always worked with me on anything I needed my biggest issues were lack of maintaining equipment and no communicatuon between the owner and the people he hired he likes to micromanage drivers and tell the drivers one thing then tell the office something else and then once they hired the dispatch manager me being a american driver just got the bs runs then the russians got the good runs. there is good and bad as with any company
