Running doubles is like running a street sweeper, any company that does it, is not expecting to find a old hand.

They will train you on the doubles and triples. For now, start studying for your hazmat test! If you like running nights, you're a perfect candidate.

Otr drivers get 7$ in hour lol i figured you spend 168 hours multiply by 7 so that's 1200$ gross lmao. You will be lucky to see a 1200$ depends on who you work for.
Toomanybikes and Burrito Warrior Thank this. -
I've been doing this kind of thing with them for a while and it's not working out so great for me. I need a more consistent work scheduleLast edited: Oct 30, 2016

You could try Swift.
I can usually maintain the hours I prefer to run with the system they have.
Not always, but usually.TROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this. -
There's an LTL forum here, that's where the linehaul guys are...http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...ms/ltl-and-local-delivery-trucking-forum.396/
Since you can relo, choose some of the best companies and see where they have openings. Some of the LTL's are regional so your location makes a difference. If you read up on the LTL forum and post there with your location, you might get a good match.
When you have a break, look into SAIA, Old Dominion, UPS Freight, Fedex Freight, and Estes for starters.Burrito Warrior Thanks this. -
I'll pass on Swift. I don't trust them
Lucy in the Sky, Rusty Trawler, alghazi and 3 others Thank this. -
