Proof is in your employee leaving to do it on his or her own.

Now we all know your team driver won't do as well as you've stated doing but he or she will soon find that out.

It's no different than being a fleet owner here at sni.

It's not worth it when they can get their own truck so easy from Schneider.

Now you're stuck with a higher weekly cost for the truck running as a solo because your employee followed your threads or advice.

Maybe you missed where I said multiple times a while ago teaming isn't in my nor my team drivers long term plans.
Or where I just said his plans was to get his own truck to begin with and teaming with me was just meant for a short period.
Insight into the system before committing to the risk of getting a truck and joining a new carrier along with me paying the driver more than what he was making.
Gave me the opportunity to learn the team board and make more money as well for while it lasted.

I didn't miss it but I also saw where you didn't think it would happen as soon as it did.

You'll figure it out but several of us on here have tried to tell you if you keep posting your success it'll only hurt you long term.

It's never smart to give your competitors your secrets.

And where did u get that info from?

When someone switches from solo to team SFI will change your truck payment right away but not your contract. That is given a little time to see if you like it/can make it work etc then you have to do a new contract.
However if the truck goes back to solo the contract can get switched right back solo along with the truck payment.

In the beginning I was told he was planning on saving up for a new truck, that suddenly changed to a used truck thus doesn't need to stay any longer.
Anyway I was paying percentage so it's not like I can hide what the truck is making.
Percent seemed most fair, the whole per mile thing I always felt was crap in this industry.

If he is leasing from sfi then he wasn't being properly compensated in his or her eyes. If he is buying a truck from an outside source then you might've been paying well these past two months.. But for him or her to leave that quick they weren't happy trust me.. prime example the week u posted you netted 8000... If I'm a codriver I want at least 2500-3500 of that.. If I got that id never leave your truck.. So until you tell us your paying scale we're gonna assume he wasn't paid properly and it's gonna keep happening

Not necessarily. I use to pay up to 35% and guys would still quit for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it was cause they felt they weren't paid good enough, but not always. Usually it boils down to most drivers always think they are getting shafted no matter how good they are paid.
