OOIDA was successful in it's lawsuit against the state of New York, arguing the NY HUT permit requirement to be illegal.
The state of New York is not appealing the court's decision and is reimbursing all truck companies that paid the $19 per truck fee.

We had a truck a few week ago get a ticket in NY for not having the HUT sticker..
Apparently you still need the sticker. -

Wasn't the ruling illegal to charge for the sticker.
