Is millis transfer still a good company too work for

I've delivered tires to the terminal in Alvarado TX, and chatted with a few drivers. OTR trucks are set up for comfort , some of the regional trucks have tiny sleepers though(supposedly 40inches). Drivers seemed content, and while pay was a bit low they said the miles were always available.

 

There is a YouTube guy by the name of "trucker who." I'm not sure if he is a member here also or not. He has been with Millis for several months I think and he posts a new video pretty much every day. he seems like a pretty good guy. Definitely one of the better YouTube truckers. Gives good pointers and does a good job showing the daily ins and outs of Millis and otr in general. Check him out.

I was thinking Jan 9 but I have some paid time off from work I need to burn. It's Personal time so they don't pay it out like unused vacation.
