Is millis transfer still a good company too work for

Well I was already approved to go to training at Pam transport and not only is it very low pay I did some research on the c1 trucking school in Indianapolis, IN on youtube an thy basically just teach you how to past their test and thats it.

Probably why so many new drivers are running into other ppl. Millis seems so much more focused on actually teaching you.

Hopefully they accept me but I have another hoop or two to jump through before I apply.

I may not be able to answer a lot about the current training but I work for Millis and this is the second time I've worked for them (if that says anything). What are your questions?

 

Your posts and questions about Millis seem to go in circles, like a dog chasing its tail. Ask specific questions, and I will be happy to answer them. You aren't seeing anything negative, because there isn't anything negative. Will you have slow weeks? Yup, as you will with any company. Are the miles consistent? Yup, you will have very steady miles. Are you treated well here? Yup, very well. What is it that you need to know? And be specific, please, because your posts lead me to believe that you are a drunk 5 year old. Form a thought, articulate that thought, form a sentence, ask a question.
