I do the same. Then they start creeping up into the sidewalk while waiting for the green light. Me being the ### hole that I am, will wait behind the stopline until the green, then tromp on it and leave them in the dust. Once I hit the speed limit I carry on nice and casual lol.

I got caught sneaking by in the hammer lane a couple years ago on 95 in CT. It was a couple hundred bucks.

What REALLY ticks people off is when you go 25mph past a school during the designated times where the reduction is in effect. We don't have flashing yellow lights where I am. I go every bit of 25mph and not 1mph over.

They're right behind CA with the chippy, ticky-tack stuff that most states don't bother enforcing.

Nope, I don't think you are a vigilante. Road rage, yes but YOU put yourself in the position you found yourself in. No matter what anyone else does/did you started the snowball rolling down the hill. If you are looking to get down to who was ultimately at fault, that would be you too. How many times have you heard about the driver getting hung out to dry because if he should not have been there when the accident happened?
