This is a link to the company that is bringing over the new ones. There is also another company that inports used ones (mainly 379's). All of the new ones are required to be fitted with this cummins engine on a trial run basis.

Best advice i can give is to talk to Cummin about that gearing.
For me it is between 300 and 400rpm too high @100km.
There is a canadian who geared his Western Star the same way and he is not a happy camper.

    Lets us know what happens.
    Specially with the gearing.

Btw what engine are you now using in your present truck?

I have one of the newer cummins, 2015 model, rated 500/1850 and I run 105km at 1500 rpm, it runs best at about 1400-1450 and around 102 km/h for me. I am only doing 40 tons though. Above 1500 rpm is really only useful for climbing a steep grade and not much above 1500 at that. 1650-1700 absolute maximum.

Ok, so by the sounds of it I might be better off swapping the diffs out for 3.9's later on. Will see how things go. We tend to gear them like that to get a 90 - 130 ton rating for pulling 2 trailers etc but I'll only be pulling singles.
The truck I'm running in the profile pic has a Detroit 14 litre set at 500 hp and has 4.11s . It sits on about 1600 rpm at 100kph . I've been happy with that.
