Watch out for the company smartway express

I have finally convinced him to go in and quit today before we get in more debt because of them... we are putting out 20 bucks at least a load for scales and he's not going to get repaid!

 

I was with them for over 3 years in their fontana yard as terminal manager and drivers have always had a problem with bounced checks. they treat the drivers like crap and run them to death. have always had a problem with saftey record, thats why they changed name from Royal Express. the owner hides money in his personal account so and has suits against him for years.

 

Anything more recent than 2013?

 

I would think the update would be:

a) Out of business
b) Reorganized under another name
c) Somehow still finding free labor to keep the doors open.
