It actually was a EARNED PERFORMANCE bonus. We earned, due to our performance based on alot of factors a score for each month. A level 1 would give us a earned $100 to be banked until December; a level 2, $50.. In June or July they revamped another pay program called wagelock and eventually, in October cancelled that one completely. When we didnt get our December earned bonuses this last week, they said they dropped that program in the summer when they revamped the other program..

    Stay classy, Celadon.
The company I work for had a Christmas bonus for the first time in many years last year. This year, business has been even better than last... but no bonus.
Oh well. I'm just grateful that I have a job that allows me to provide for my family. At the end of the day, that's the only bonus that matters to me.

So they made a deal with you regarding compensation, you performed your end of the bargain, and they reneged by unilaterally changing the terms of the deal without your consent.

    Why haven't you quit yet?

    207nomad and 3031 Thank this.

I am a lease operator and started in October. We had one for all miles worked between July and December. I did get mine. It was $450 or so. Was it just company drivers that didn't?
