We delivered a load for Trent Bond at the end of August. He's out of Springville, UT. He still hasn't paid us. He kept on saying that he mailed multiple checks, which was a lie. Then, he sent a check that was returned due to insufficient funds. He has been paid by his customer - we verified that! He also runs his trucking company under the Trent Bond Trucking & Consulting LLC. Saw some posts on Facebook and here that he doesn't pay drivers either. Just wanted everyone who sees this post, either a carrier or a truck driver, to be aware of this dishonest person! MCs are: Firefox Logistics - 961844, Trent Bond Trucking & Consulting - 903333.

Last week, I believe, I responded to someone's post about the Trent Bond. This time, I wanted to mention his brokerage company. That's all.

Mc961, he is what? Couple months old? Always ask for at least 50% upfront with new brokers, they can send a comcheck or something like that.

Well like I said good luck. But I see in your post he sent you a check and it bounced for insufficient funds if you have a bad check from them you have by the nuts.I would call them and tell them that your going to take that bad check to the magistrate office

File on their bond, have an attorney send certified letter. Get that money, send him a message via legal avenues.
