    @spectacle13 I was talking to one of our recruiters the other day, and according to her, HL has it written into their contracts with some of the Mega's who does dedicated accounts for us, that HL can't hire anyone from their company (i.e swift, Covenant, etc).

    So, seems as if you would've had a couple of different things working against you.

    Could be true. I'm not company though, I'm considered an "independent contractor". *shrug* who knows... I could be wrong.

    Just saying what I was told. I tried to neutralize here, if anyone is carrying it on, it's you. Those looking for "agendas" in disagreements will always find them.

    I've said: I pulled for their dedicated, liked their logistics, and thought they would be a good fit for us.

    I've also said: I don't agree with their politics. Where exactly is my agenda?

    Perhaps I am wrong, if I am wrong it's because I was misinformed by who I spoke with when I inquired. I'm going off what I was told. Simple as that.

    Wish i was there with ya......kind of.;) Just waiting on the ice here, hopefully you'll get back before it hits. Suppose to start Fri morning around 7 or 8 they are saying today, I'm sure it will change. Suppose to be 75 today, I'm going to get a nap and head over to Ft.Cobb and do some crappie fishing this afternoon with a buddy. Be careful!

    Will do....nope, I won't be missing the ice. I'll be coming in on Saturday A.M.
    Last I knew, Missouri was going to get it too, and I would normally be going back in that way from Pennsylvania.
    I think this time, we will drop down South, and take I40 in.

    Arkansas should be fine...just same rain, but not freezing.

    I'll do one last check of everything while I'm getting unloaded Friday.

    Catch lots of crappie!
