I own my ride so I can post it anywhere I want, and most of the company guys posting here either obscure their truck number or have permission to post.

BTW, compay guys if you don't have permission and don't hide your truck number maybe you should as social media policies are becoming more popular and can result in teouble feom your employer.

For everyone, be careful with what you post, I am seeing many overweight, over height, or otherwise unlawful loads and these posts will be discovered in the event of a bad accident. This could hang you in court, and really it is not impressive that you have a total disregard for safety.

Maybe what Brian is saying about the overweight and overheight loads holds some truth but then again, they would be after your log book and your credit/debit card purchases way before speculating about weight on a truck forum

Except when some fellas are bragging about the overweight and post the scale ticket along with the load. That seems to happen on Facebook more than here but it still could land you in a bit of trouble.

Brian is correct. When some type of accident goes down involving a commercial vehicle the attorneys delve into anything they think they can use to discredit the commercial driver. The big heavy loads while very impressive could very well hang you later on.
