We just started installing the JJ Keller system. Been using it for about a month. My first experience with modern ELD's
Pro's- Hooks up easily plugging into your data port, talks to your phone or tablet via blue tooth. Reasonably intuitive programming. They will be around 3 years from now when some of the providers will go bust.
Con's- Monthly fee, at the moment GPS locations and mileages are way off. Some programming glitches, we'll will see if they address them.

I'm using big road. I've tried reaching out to OMNItrax, people net. Omni has yet to get back to us and people net sent us another companies quote by mistake. After seeing those numbers no wonder they are pushing for ELOG's. Ouch.

Pros: Easy hook up via blue tooth, customer support, user friendly interface

Cons: Monthly subscription, I personally don't like relying on a drivers phone to track logs. I have a couple trucks and may look into a tablet or software that has it's own device.

Have been using the Non-ELD app of keeptruckin for almost two years now. compaired to some of the others, it seems to have the smallest data package. Also, maybe once a month it would ask to rate the company/ software, No other nagware. the software did update a few times, only had to reboot once for it, was quick and mostly in off hours.

know nothing of the ELD product, other than whats on the web site.

If I was going to go elog it would be

    1. VDO Road log
    2. Keep Trucking app.

I have not used VDO but I like the fact that you don't have a monthly fee unless you want certain features.
