There is only one new refinery being attempted by Mr. McGuiness in Arizona. Permit was filed in 2003 and as of last summer he has spent 30 million dollars and has only now completed the EPA permit process. He still has federal, state and local permit processes to complete.

Regarding my memory of last April...I do remember very well. And I would figure that all involved would have learned certain lessons about that event. One of the key things which should be happening is the communication with the people being represented. If you remember correctly...I managed to get info out immediately about our activities when we were sponsoring your site presence. Communication is extremely critical and I know exactly how easy it is to maintain a php platform site. I'm extremely surprised y'all have not planned for this much needed activity on the site. Even before the event, there was no pertinent info regarding the representatives and senators being met with.
I'm only pointing out pertinent activity which should be occuring and it is not. My brother and I are being inundated with e-mails and phone calls, and I can't seem to understand why.

I don't want to see another stupid argument in a public thread, so please don't take that as my intent here. However, please don't complain about people calling you and JB asking for info about TACU. If you would remove our name from your site, as they had asked, and take down the pointers to your site claiming that it's the new TACU site, it would probably help cut down on the confusion. I honestly wish you every success in your attempts to improve the trucking industry, but since we parted ways, I don't think it's helpful to confuse people into thinking we're still one group.
They got home after midnight last night and most of them had to work today. They have lots of news to put up on the site and will get it done as soon as they have a chance. They are also in the middle of setting up the new office, so as usual, there's a lot on their plates.
As I said, the best course would be to direct any questions you get to one of the directors or committee members. That way we can make sure accurate information is being passed along. -
In regards to your statement implying we're doing something wrong...I will disagree with you. Your name is not on our site and the pointer you refer to clearly states the site it goes to. I alone am the person who created the internet presence y'all enjoy and have made no claims to what y'all have done with your internet presence, but the original website creation was a sub-domain of our site...created by me and that pointer has been around prior to the creation of your current site. I do ensure that people know it's our site they are visiting. The questions being directed to us is not out of confusion of who we are...it's because we have information constantly being updated. Current news and important legislative information is available on our site. The people contacting us are asking us if we know what's happening with y'all.
Finally...about accurate information being passed along...there is no information yet to pass along. I hope there is no implication of wrong doing on our part with this statement. We do direct individuals to go to your site and call the phone numbers listed. Most state they had already been to your site.
Once again, I look forward to reading exactly who y'all met with - what was discussed - and what was accomplished...the potential outcome from those meetings.
