Probably BNSF, as he is in Montana, not out east.

Broken record. He didn't even ask about lease purchase.

I have all zeros on my report, no accidents tickets etc. My CDL will be valid again once I get and pass a physical, gal at the Montana DMV said as much anyway.

Thanks, I never even heard of maxxforce before today. I noticed on a truck sales site a ton of dirt cheap newer Internationals that had maxxforce engines. Now I know why so cheap. I drove trucks with Cummins, Cat and Detroit engines. Seemed that lil 12.7 Detroit was the best of all of them from what I remember. The Cat was awesome but man it got terrible mpg.

I did ask to lease on with a company. But you're right I didn't say lease purchase. I'd like to have my truck paid for no matter which route I go. I don't like payments.

I used to work for BNSF Railroad as an engineer for 16 years. Your RR benefits turn over to SS, you do NOT lose it. As far as retirement it is not 30 years..it's 360 months of verifiable employment. 360 sounds like 30 years but it might not be. Railroad has feast and famine months (years) and it can actually be more than 30 years to get to that 360 month retirement.

I am currently on RRB disability for kidney disease. I would love to have my old job back but that is not possible anymore. So hoping once I get a kidney transplant to be a OTR trucker till retirement. Anyways if you have any questions about RR just hit me up.
