Are you already running the beast down the road or not yet?

Nope, I drove it 30 miles to the yard with a chase vehicle. No turn signals or headlights. The rough "plan" is get it in the shop Saturday and start going over it. See if I can get lights working, safetied, plated, then con the boss into using it as the local truck for a week or two. When we talked I picked April 1st as the day I want it ready.
I have 3 goals. Get away from relying on company securement and tarps. Get away from being governed to 65. Get away from driving a slow truck uphill at 20 mph. I don't wanna run 85 everywhere, but even if I can bump my average daily speed from 55 to 60 that's gotta save me an hour. I had one delivery yesterday, but 14 hours gets me 710 miles.

Kicked off my second drop. That mess was left up front. Resorted the whole mess and heading to Kansas.
@Chewy352 I used a lumber tarp as a bulkhead on the rear pile. (Plus belly straps) I hope that meets your bulkhead approval.:)

This trough over my front trailer axle is huge. Lots of grain gets moved fast with that set up. IMG_20170221_085401561.jpg
