Swift milage lawsuit is allowed to go forward

Those extra unpaid miles add up.I thought all or most the carriers do that.

 

Or after 80,000 complaints lawyers thought its time to do something with dollar signs in their eyes.

 

Swift will either file bankruptcy and rebrand or negotiate a settlement outside of court and end up screwing the drivers anyway.
The best defense is not to work for these kind of people.

 

Zipcode to zipcode miles, not actual miles is what Melton does. Drivers don't like it but it seems like the industry standard. Right?

We need to shut down these big companies claiming a monopoly on the market and give it back to the independent.

 

New Swift will be the largest & newest trucking company in the country.

 

Everybody goes zip to zip, Swift and other metals are just easy to target
